As a member of the (Facilities Services Team) you will join an incredibly talented and hardworking (support) department dedicated to (providing comprehensive services to over 60 facilities) to advance BakerRipley’s impact in the Houston region.  The Facilities Management Department is committed to providing a quality and safe environment for our customers, employees and visitors and demonstrating stewardship of the physical assets of the Agency.  Our mission is to anticipate and provide the physical environment which enables the Agency to achieve its objectives in bringing resources, education, and connection to under-served communities.

The Facilities Field Coordinator ensures the timely and complete securing of permits and licenses associated with facility operations to ensure services to our program clients.

Expected Outcomes

• Perform safety audits and inspect facilities to identify safety concerns for employee’s safety and implement correction
• Maintain and coordinate all required inspections and permitting of all facilities for their associated life/health/safety equipment according to established guidelines of governing bodies
• Provide reports for current permits and inspections, and provide status to the management facility team
• Maintains files for all facility permits, inspections, and facility department electronic files
• Support technicians and agency program staff at various locations who have a in/direct role in maintaining facility operations to ensure compliance with applicable permits and licenses.

• Coordinate work order delivery with the Facilities Dispatch and Filed Manager to meet compliance delivery dates
• Strategic project planning and delivery with consultants to complete agency facility improvements
