Administrative Assistant
The purpose of this position is to assist the Operations Departments with administrative and miscellaneous needs as described below.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- N/A
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Support departments with administrative needs
- Disposition of mail and other correspondence
- Book Travel for departments and serve as back up for Executive Assistant
- Departmental office and travel related accounts payable management
- Place and stock office supplies as needed
- Enter timecards
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and provide lunch
- Assist with arrangements for company meetings including obtaining meeting space and notifying attendees
- Maintains a filing system in an easily understood format
- Assists in setting up the conference room for management courses
- Assists with special events and employee-owner related functions
- Serve in an "as needed" capacity in other departments including Reception, Safety, Controls, Survey, Human Resources, Marketing, Business Development, Scheduling, Estimating, and Engineering
- Meet expectations for attendance and punctuality
- Serve as back up for the Executive Assistant
- Other duties as assigned
