Functional Areas of Responsibility
- Master Agreement preparation and distribution
- Prime contract administration
- Contract document preparation and distribution
- Collection of prime contract insurance and bonds
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute prime contract documents for review
- Collect insurance and bonds to meet prime contract requirements.
- Prepare and distribute Master Agreements
- Maintain Master Certificates of Insurance
- Equipment lease review
- Maintain document tracking databases
- Maintain contract document files
- Initiate owner financial funding verification
- Support Purchasing with Subcontract and Purchase Order reviews
- Other duties as assigned
Ideal Education, Skills, and Background
- 4-year degree in Risk Management or similar discipline (ex: Legal or Insurance)
- Law degree could serve well in this role
- Industrial Maintenance or Construction market experience preferred.
- Demonstrated capacity to identity opportunities for improvement, and driving the change needed to implement those improvements.
