Beloform is seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Saint Louis, MO. This role will support the marketing and sales departments by coordinating campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and assisting in client outreach. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing and sales activities, including events, campaigns, and client meetings

• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports

• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities

• Maintain client databases and ensure accurate tracking of leads and performance

• Support cross-functional communication between departments

• Help prepare promotional materials and ensure brand consistency across platforms

• Participate in planning and executing marketing strategies aligned with sales goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales coordination, or administrative support
