We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Communications Coordinator to manage internal and external communications. This role involves developing and implementing communication strategies, coordinating messaging across various channels, and ensuring consistent brand representation. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, organizational, and problem-solving skills to support company initiatives and enhance engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute communication strategies that align with company objectives

  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters, reports, and press materials

  • Coordinate messaging and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels

  • Collaborate with different departments to manage corporate communications and public relations efforts

  • Organize and support company events, meetings, and presentations

  • Assist in crisis communication planning and response

  • Maintain and update communication materials and databases

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • Proven experience in communications, public relations, or corporate messaging

  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to develop and implement strategic communication plans

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
