We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Communications Assistant to support our communications and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and executing marketing materials, coordinating internal and external communications, and supporting promotional campaigns that align with our clients’ goals and brand messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and communication campaigns

  • Draft, proofread, and edit marketing content including press releases, brochures, newsletters, and presentations

  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and ensure message consistency

  • Track and report on campaign performance and engagement

  • Help organize and support promotional and networking events

  • Maintain and update communication calendars and media contact lists

  • Support the development of client-facing materials and brand documentation

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role

  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

  • Familiarity with content development tools and presentation software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat)

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
