Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Product Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies that position our services effectively in the market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help shape messaging, create promotional materials, and support product launches.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing product marketing strategies

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities

• Support product launches with the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and sales tools

• Coordinate with design and content teams to develop promotional materials

• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for internal teams

• Maintain product marketing documentation and assist with project timelines

• Support internal communications and cross-departmental collaboration for product initiatives

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in product marketing or B2B environments

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
