We are currently seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of various corporate and promotional events. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Events Coordinator and other team members to ensure each event runs smoothly from conception to completion.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and setup of on-site and off-site events
Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal departments
Prepare event materials, schedules, and logistical plans
Monitor timelines and budgets to ensure events stay on track
Support event promotion and registration processes
Conduct post-event evaluations and compile reports for improvement
Handle administrative duties including documentation and inventory management
Qualifications
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
1+ year of experience in event planning or support role preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
Availability to occasionally work evenings or weekends for events
