We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Communications Coordinator to support our internal and external communications efforts. This role plays a key part in ensuring clear, consistent messaging across departments and with our clients. You will coordinate communication strategies, prepare content, and support brand alignment across all channels.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute internal and external communication strategies
Draft and edit company announcements, press releases, and newsletters
Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and executive communications
Monitor communication trends and suggest improvements
Support team alignment by facilitating interdepartmental communications
Maintain documentation, reports, and communication records
Ensure all company messaging is consistent, professional, and brand-aligned
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications or related role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with communication tools is a plus
