Job Description
Nexmos Design is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Communications Assistant to support our internal and external communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in developing marketing materials, managing client communications, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and message clarity across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and editing of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and newsletters

  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure messaging aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives

  • Support internal communication efforts and assist in drafting internal updates and announcements

  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and contribute fresh ideas to improve communication strategies

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing and communications department as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
