Job Description

Adjective & Co. is hiring an experienced IT SPECIALIST. The ideal candidate has likely been told they are a master IT troubleshooter on several occasions in their IT career. They eat and breathe IT support, and are experienced with Mac-based environments. They understand networks and can translate basic human speak into excellent computer speak better than anyone else. Must love Apple and have experience working with creative agencies. 

The Day to Day:

Manage devices and network for a creative agency:

• Present IT solutions to the leadership team

• Track and monitor IT projects 

• Work on internal website management

• Research new solutions

• Maintain various office IT equipment

• Networking/Mac skills 

• IT Support and Troubleshooting

• Be awesome to work with

• Take your job seriously, but not yourself

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in Mac IT support 
• Graduate with a background in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics or the equivalent in training and certifications 
• Experience with NAS
• Knowledge of Apple Business Essentials formerly Apple Business Management, Managed Apple ID, JAMF, Zoom, Slack, Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Suite for Mac is required
• Experience with printers in a creative agency preferred
