Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter plays a critical role in supporting the People Team by managing key HR functions including, recruiting, employee data management, and engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a positive employee experience. As TA Services continues to grow, this position will contribute directly to strengthening our culture, improving HR processes, and ensuring compliance across all people-related activities.
 

Shift Information

  • Full-time schedule, core business hours
  • Some flexibility available for hybrid or remote coordination as needed

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, document retention, and HRIS data integrity
  • Assist with execution of new hire onboarding.
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for front-line HR questions and issues across the organization
  • Collaborate with the information systems team for accurate employee data, reporting, and process alignment
  • Support recruiting, from applicant screening to interview coordination and candidate selection

  • Involvement in both strategic projects and administrative tasks

Qualifications

Education

  • High School diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or HR support roles
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, onboarding, and compliance processes
  • Experience in the logistics, freight, or warehousing industry is a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office and organizational skills

  • 50-55K Salary
  • Accrue up to five days PTO in first year
