Job Description

We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Sales Manager to join our energetic team. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in sales, marketing, and team leadership. You will receive personalized training to build a solid foundation in business operations and sales strategies while preparing for future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and apply core sales and marketing principles through in-person customer interactions.

  • Support daily operations including team coordination and performance tracking.

  • Assist in mentoring and motivating a growing sales team.

  • Participate in campaign strategy development to increase customer engagement.

  • Establish and maintain positive client relationships.

  • Analyze performance data to adjust tactics and improve results.

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of lead generation activities.

  • Attend regular leadership development meetings and workshops.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Must be located in the Houston, TX area.

  • Reliable transportation required (this is not a remote position).

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
