Job Description

  • Analyze quality data to identify and address quality issues and root causes.

  • Evaluate factors driving quality problems and their financial impacts.

  • Provide risk analyses for new product designs and manufacturing processes.

  • Conduct failure testing and analysis to recommend design or formulation improvements.

  • Prepare and present summary reports and executive-level presentations to support business strategy decisions.

  • Compile and monitor quality statistics and performance reports.

  • Document results of studies and analyses with clarity and precision.

  • Lead complex quality improvement initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large-scale quality projects or processes end-to-end with minimal oversight.

  • Mentor and guide junior quality professionals; review and delegate their work.

  • Solve difficult and complex quality-related problems using data-driven approaches.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in quality analysis.

  • Ensure that quality strategies align with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires 8+ years of relevant quality analysis or engineering experience.

  • Strong background in quality data analysis, failure mode analysis, and statistical reporting.

  • Experience with risk analysis for product design and process implementation.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

  • Proficiency in preparing high-level reports and executive presentations.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence strategic decisions.

  • Proven ability to mentor and lead junior team members.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred.
