We are currently seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Grand Rapids. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and clarity

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer issues and determining the best solutions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt and accurate communication

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been fully addressed

  • Support the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is strongly preferred

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
