We are seeking a reliable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with a high level of professionalism. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day executive functions.
Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
Handle confidential documents with discretion
Organize travel arrangements and itineraries
Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Assist with project tracking, meeting minutes, and follow-ups
Support event planning and company operations as required
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure
High level of discretion and professionalism
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
