We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our growing team in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and supporting sales operations to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities

• Assist in the development of sales presentations, proposals, and reports

• Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare regular metrics reports

• Support the sales team in lead generation, pipeline management, and client follow-up

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales strategies

• Organize and attend meetings, conferences, and other marketing-related events

• Maintain marketing materials and update CRM systems with accurate data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing and/or sales support role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
