Ascentria is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to work in close collaboration with the Recruitment Team to source and hire top talent. The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for creating job postings, checking references, completing background checks, and onboarding new employees. This position is responsible for following up with candidates, ensures compliance with applicable state laws and regulatory requirements, and communicating, coordinating and processing new hires in close collaboration with hiring managers and the Human Resources team.

- Writing job postings or compelling marketing materials
- Interviewing, Backgrounding, training or onboarding prospective employees
- Compliance and adhering to regulatory or funder requirements
