WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are hiring an Enterprise Software Sales Executive for our Medicine Segment that will be responsible for the direction and management of all sales and business development operations for the territory. This includes new business development, lead qualification, opportunity management, and channel strategy. The Enterprise Software Sales Executive will target institutions in the medical education market and is responsible for the company’s achievement of its customer acquisition and revenue goals with the assigned territory.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work within the continental United States.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Develop sales plans and assist in the creation of marketing programs that drive pipeline for the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and supporting Services offering within the assigned territory.
- Drive the development of new business and the acquisition of “new logos” through prospecting activities and the management of marketing generated leads.
- Manage opportunities through the sales stages and convert pipeline to billable revenue in support of the quarterly and annual revenue plans. Identify growth opportunities by analyzing sales data and trends to create leads which generate new revenue opportunities for the territory and business.
- Partner with Marketing on messaging and communication strategies within the strategically addressable market to drive brand awareness, client referrals, and lead generation.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA is a plus
- Minimum five years of outside sales experience driving new business sales
- Business development responsibilities and consultative selling experience is preferred
- Experience selling into Healthcare and/or Higher Education markets is preferred
- Consistent, and documented, success exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets through territory planning, the creation of “win strategies”, and weekly forecasting sessions
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
- Ability to work across time zones to support an assigned territory
- Ability to travel up to 20%
