Coastal Rheumatology Associates is currently seeking a full-time Clinical Team Leader in our Savannah, GA location.

Coastal Rheumatology Associates is a private medical practice specializing in diagnosing and managing rheumatologic disorders. Our provider team consists of medical professionals with years of clinical and research experience that are dedicated to providing excellent care to our patients to aid in improving their health.

The Position:

The Clinical Team Leader will be responsible for providing leadership expertise to ensure all patients are receiving high quality and efficient care by closely monitoring the Medical Assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses capacity and knowledge of Rheumatology care. 

As a New Patient Coordinator, a typical day might look like:

Establishing and implementing goals and objectives for MAs and LPNs. Monitoring, tracking and assisting patients during office visits. Abiding by clinic policies, procedures and systems to work to improve current points of care. Manage staff performance and evaluations including supervising, coaching and disciplinary actions of MAs and LPNs. Performing diagnostic testing. Other responsibilities as assigned. 

This job might be for you if:

* You have an Associates degree or equivalent work experience.

* You have a vocational or technical degree: Medical Assistant or LPN.

* You have a completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program and active Medical Assisting or LPN Certification.

* You have at least two (2) years of Medical Assistant experience and working in a Physician practice. 

* You have experience and ability to navigate and EMR.

* You demonstrate ability to teach and mentor.

* You have the ability to train and evaluate performance of supervised clinical staff.
