About the Company:
Our client is a growing family office focusing on investments in real estate and philanthropic endeavors is hiring an Executive Assistant that will be part of the HR team. The Executive Assistant will play an integral role in ensuring successful operations and activities, tracking deliverables, and assisting on ad-hoc HR related projects and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform an array of administrative tasks for the Global Head of People Operations in support of partner communication, meeting coordination and facilitation, vendor management, and expense tracking and reimbursement
- Maintain and optimize the Global Head of People Operations’ schedule by providing calendar management support
- Support the Global Head of People Operations’ in coordinating communications and maintaining key relationships with external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support for other teammates as assigned by the Global Head of People Operations
- Support efficient and effective meetings and collaboration through the development of agendas, minutes, and internal systems to support workflow and communication
- Anticipate upcoming events and cyclical responsibilities, monitor the team-wide calendar, and plan proactively for team needs aligned to those events
- Support project management efforts by tracking tasks and milestones relative to the team’s multifaceted work plans, providing periodic updates, and serving as the project lead for special events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in high-level administrative support for leaders and teams
- Proficiency with calendar management
- Interest in HR/Talent is a plus
Salary Range:
$110,000-$125,000
