About the Company:
Our client is a premier global real estate and lifestyle company with assets valued at over $60 billion. The Receptionist will be responsible for the overall front desk and administrative support for the corporate office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and field any incoming calls and emails
- Book conference rooms and visitor offices for guests and staff
- First point of contact for any maintenance troubleshooting
- Maintain and coordinate daily meetings and events in all conference rooms
- Receive and direct deliveries
- Assist admin staff with document production
- Take inventory and order all supplies needed for the office and staff
- Assist staff with admin tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of related experience
- Comfortable working with various technologies and software’s
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- FL Notary a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Salary Range:
$75,000-$85,000
