About the Company:
Our client is a leading independent investment bank providing dynamic advisory services through all phases of the business cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to general email and phone inquiries and direct calls and emails to appropriate parties
- Greet all visitors, clients, candidates, and guests
- Accept packages and sort mail
- Order supplies and keep kitchen and refrigerators stocked and clean
- Ensure reception area is kept clean
- Keep office files up-to-date
- Assist with new hire set-up
- Book flights, ground transportation, lodging, and entertainment for business travel
- Prepare and submit monthly expenses and monitor corporate card payment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of related experience
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Event planning experience a plus
- Experience with Concur preferred
Salary Range:
$70,000-$75,000
