About the Company:
Our client is a $50 million industrial power and utility business owned by a larger $600 million civil construction company that operates up and down the East Coast and California.
Responsibilities:
- Owning all monthly close activities
- Monthly financial reporting company wide
- Comparison of monthly and year to date actuals to budgets
- Quarterly reporting to banks including statement of cash flow and WIP
- Semi-annual and annual reporting including footnotes
- Consolidating financials with other related companies
- Annual preparation of budgets with divisions and prepare semi–annual updates
- Other projects as directed by owners
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7-15 years of relevant accounting experience
- Construction industry experience a must
- Experience managing a team
- Ability to communicate effectively to high-level executives
Salary Range:
$150,000-$170,000
