About the Company:
Our client is a venture capital and private equity firm with over $2 billion in AUM. The firm invests in middle market businesses with an emphasis on industries in niche manufacturing, chemicals, energy, infrastructure, and industrial services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of office supplies and pantry supplies
- Maintain the vendor database with up to date account credentials and contact details
- Serve as lead contact on building matters and manage relationships with the building and office
- Serve as lead contact with the firms IT manager for all issues or needs that arise
- Manage all business travel needs of the Executive Partner, including the scheduling and reserving of trips and organization of itineraries
- Assist with administrative needs including calendar management and documentation preparation
- Assist in office wide event planning
Requirements:
- Associates degree or higher required
- 8-10 years of experience as an office manager and supporting C-Suite executives
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience with Concur and Salesforce a plus
- Strong time management skills
Salary Range:
$105,000-$110,000
