About the Company:
Our client is a family office that invests and manages residential and commercial properties. The Controller will be responsible for the accounting, financial planning, reporting, and administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall cash management, management of bank accounts, and bank reconciliations
- Manage all AP/AR approvals and review monthly reports
- Review general ledger entries for all payments
- Prepare and distribute financial statements/other reports and analyses as needed
- Coordinate the biweekly payroll process and act as liaison with the firm’s payroll company
- Maintain records for taxes and other items withheld from payroll
- Maintain and monitor a calendar of due dates for accounting processes, financial reports, and tax filings
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7 years of related accounting experience
- Knowledge of Sage Intacct and QuickBooks preferred
- Prior experience at a family office a plus
Salary Range:
$150,000-$200,000
