About the Company:
Our client is a private investment firm providing capital for long-term growth and acquisitions for businesses in the healthcare, industrial, and commercial industries.
Responsibilities:
- Support recruiting team in managing all stages of the candidate lifecycle – resume review, applicant tracking system data input and updates, interview scheduling, interviewer feedback follow-up, and other related tasks
- Develop relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers across the firm
- Manage complex and varied scheduling processes, which can involve several rounds of interviews, various assessments, travel booking, and a broad array of the firm’s team member schedules
- Support recruiting projects such as market compensation data collection and review, summer program planning and execution, and process optimization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the finance, tech, legal, or real estate industry
- Experience working with Workday a plus
Salary Range:
$60,000-$80,000
