About the Company:
Our client is a large international bank that offers a range of high-quality financial services to individual and corporate customers as well as financial institutions worldwide. The Branch Administrator will be the team lead of the Chicago branch admin team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate overall business administrative and accounting activities
- Reconcile fixed asset inventory records to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies and manage annual inspection and registration renewal
- Organize, plan, and coordinate internal and external audits and QCT testing
- Perform office management to ensure efficient daily operation and communicate with building management office and third-party vendors for continuous services
- Work with the talent acquisition team to attract and hire top talent
- Deliver guidance and input on business unit structures, workforce planning, and succession planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7 years of experience in a business administrative role
- Experience in an HR function preferred
- Bilingual in Mandarin is required
- Knowledge in risk management, human resource management, and security management are required
Salary Range:
$90,000-$130,000
