About the Company:
Our client is a leading alternative investment firm with over $160 billion in AUM. The firm invests in credit, fixed income, venture capital, and real estate companies.
Responsibilities:
- Act as level 3 support; resolve end-user requests and bugs across multiple products
- Work with users to collect, validate, and document data and reporting needs
- Facilitate implementation of business requirements for all technology initiatives
- Participate in user acceptance testing and support system training
- Provide continuous evaluation of technology solutions and capabilities to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Identify areas of risk, while monitoring the current environment, potential improvement areas, and the financial implications of those decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree on computer science or related field required
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Experience working with SaaS vendors
- Experience with data visualization or analytics tools
- Experience in iPaaS/integration tools such as Workato, Mulesoft, and/or Zapier
- Salesforce Administrators certification required
Salary Range:
$150,000-$200,000
