As a result of continued growth, we are currently seeking candidates for an Outside Sales Representative to support our office in Pleasantville, NJ.

A little more about this role….

  • Our goal is 20% annual growth of our service/inspection business
  • Conduct site surveys to determine customer needs and determine a strategic pricing approach
  • Prepare effective proposals that offer solutions to customers and support the W&M initiatives
  • Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog to support the established sales
  • Develop caring and enduring customer relationships through communication and creative marketing
  • Consistently evaluate if you’re “getting the right work with the right customers.”
  • Competitive base salary with commission structure

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Business development with a focus on self-generating leads
  • Sales experience related to the fire protection field and/or building services & maintenance contracts a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • A valid driver’s license
