Daily Tasks

• Organize/coordinate deliveries based on sales for the week with sales staff.
• Restock products throughout off/on premise accounts
• Build creative displays and other promotional items
• Maintain backrooms of on/off premise customers by organizing and consolidating back stock
• Clean and organize shelves/aisles each day to provide a safe environment for consumers at all
off-premise accounts.
• Coordinate management of inventory with Ansay International Team
• Participate in regular tastings
• Participate in and help set up/take down for events
• Getting to know the customer base and understanding their motivation and sales drivers
• Reviewing customer feedback to predict sales trends and seasonal stock demand
• Briefing staff on stock display and rotation to ensure every space is optimized
• Researching and monitoring industry trends and consumer behavior to anticipate demand and
changes in buying patterns
• Assessing the effectiveness of different product displays and store layouts
• Reviewing competitors, including pricing, marketing and other progress

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, including speaking, writing and listening
• Strong time management abilities, including planning and prioritizing workloads
• Creative and innovative thinking
• A proven track record of achieving excellent results with merchandising strategies and
promotional activity
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• Driving record meet Ansay’s vehicle policy requirements
• Able to operate a mobile smartphone device
• Work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
