We are currently searching for Full-time Materials Manager Assistant to work Monday-Friday and who can work cooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks.  

The assistant to materials manager is responsible for maintaining adequate supplies of inventory for the facility and receiving all items coming into the facility.

Utilizes computer system to order supplies and maintain inventory system. 

Stocks incoming supplies and orders supplies by using PO’s.

Assists with accounts payable process.

Assist in the business office areas.

Candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; two or more year’s clerical experience, preferably in the health care environment. Knowledge of medical terminology is required. Prior knowledge of insurance benefits and pre-authorization is desirable. Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
