Eastern Shore Endoscopy is an outpatient endoscopic facility specializing in colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy and upper endoscopy. We are currently searching for a Full Time Receptionist to work Mondays – Fridays who can work cooperatively with patients, staff, physicians and outside office practices while also performing a variety of clerical tasks.  Key responsibilities include welcoming patients and visitors, collecting patient identification cards and insurance information, updating patient accounts including scheduling, scanning charts and updating electronic medical records, collecting copayments and deductibles, recording payments in the billing system and other administrative duties; must have ability to multi-task.

You must possess a high school diploma or GED, one year of clerical/registration/patient care experience in an Endoscopy/Ambulatory Surgery Center preferred but not required, ability to speak and understand the English language, strong ethical and moral character references, and excellent patient relation, telephone and computer skills.
