What You Will Do:

  • Make us the preferred supplier of Ready-Mix and Block-related materials.
  • Grow revenue from existing customers and identify market leads.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with customers and industry players.
  • Prepare quotes and submittals.
  • Actively monitor and manage business opportunities, participate in sales forecasts, and ensure timely communications.
  • Develop and evolve a coverage plan for target accounts in your geography.
  • Build a pipeline to support future growth targets.
  • Ensure regular reporting on sales activity and forecasting.
  • Gather knowledge of competitors and effectively position our solutions.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for expanding the customer base.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales volume within existing business through account penetration and secure new business.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through consistent, productive account calls.
  • Upsell programs, services, and value-added products to the current customer base.
  • Represent the company by modeling its mission and values.
  • Stay informed about new products, programs, and services.
  • Align the corporate solution with customer business needs, challenges, and requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing, and presenting.
  • Build and maintain a consistently strong pipeline.

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with an established track record (Required).
  • Five years' experience in concrete, building materials, or applicable industry experience (Preferred).
  • Working knowledge of the Concrete industry (Preferred).
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills (Required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a Business-related field (Preferred).
  • Formal Sales Training (Preferred).
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
