Territory Sales Representative
We are seeking an Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our growing team.
We are a regional rental furniture company specializing in high-quality rental furniture for
short and long-term leases providing transient solutions.
As our newest Sales Associate, this person will be a frontline member of our sales team and be
responsible for driving the growth of our company’s sales. This person will be responsible for
prospecting, building, and maintaining positive relationships with property managers and leasing
professionals at apartment complexes in Northern Virginia, Maryland, and DC. This salesperson will
promote our rental furniture to all properties, conduct market research of competitors, and market
strategy. This position is an excellent opportunity for an outgoing individual looking to
kick-start their career in sales and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing work
environment.
Responsibilities
Prospect and acquire new customers by networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing connections
Conduct in-person visits to prospective locations to understand their needs and present our
products/services Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to potential customers Negotiate and
inalize sales contracts, ensuring terms and conditions meet company policies
Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales
techniques
Qualifications
Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s
goals You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking
for referrals High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred.
