Job Responsibilities:

  • Administers and implements M365 technologies such as Teams, SharePoint, Stream, Bookings, and other M365 apps

  • Develops and writes training materials and recordings for M365 technologies

  • Provides training sessions and technical support for ADA staff and volunteers on the use and implementation of M365 technologies

  • Develops plans to implement new or upgraded M365 technology based on requirements and recommends M365 application updates

  • Projects resource requirements for new M365 technology and coordinates installation/implementation of this technology
  • Implements M365 configuration changes and security changes, and establishes standard implementation processes for IT staff and vendors

  • Works with IT team to make sure that new or upgraded M365 technologies can be supported by others on the team while creating installation and support documentation for IT staff use

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar 
  • A minimum of 5 years experience with MS Teams and SharePoint end user technical support, administration, and creation of well-written user documentation and high quality user training videos; or 9 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Excellent teaching, training, written and oral communication, problem solving and customer service  skills
  • Knowledge of MS Teams, MS SharePoint, M365 applications, MS tech support resources and proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; troubleshoot and resolve problems that come up in an M365 environment; learn new M365 features as they are released; plan implementations; test new configurations; lead training classes in-person or via web conference

  • Experience managing large (more than 250 users) M365 Teams and SharePoint environments
