The Clinical Coordinator is a clinical / administrative position responsible for clinical program development and evaluation and monitoring of the quality of those services within home, center or community based locations for individuals supported within Amego’s BEST Clinical Network. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the oversight of the program design, implementation and training of clinical programs; research; program management; and staff training.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Education, Psychology, or Management Discipline.
• Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
• MA - Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA)
• Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License.
• Ability to handle confidential information is required.
• Reliable, responsible and consistent.
• Excellent judgment required.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
