Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining health, safety and human rights of all individuals and staff members at all times
- Oversee daily functions of the residential setting
- Maintain open communication with all stakeholders including guardians, government agencies and management at all times
- Supervise residential staff providing ongoing support, supervision and guidance though all areas of the program
- Facilitate all services including behavior support plans, client financial responsibilities and health/dietary plans

Qualifications:
- A minimum of an undergraduate degree in human services and/or a minimum of two years’ experience
- Experience with and ability to implement ABA Therapy, PBS, and Physical Restraint procedures
- First Aid and CPR Certification (American Heart Association) or ability to become certified
- MAP Certification or ability to become certified
- Must have and retain an active driver’s license
