Essential Functions of the Job

Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

  • Manage daily cash positions and funding with the JPMC bank account structure, including the Canadian bank accounts, prepare daily cash/liquidity report
  • Coordinate monthly rolling 13 week liquidity forecasting
  • Oversee JPMC’s ACCESS as ‘security admin’
  • Prepare interest expense and income budgets and estimates
  • Prepare compliance documentation for external debt
  • Manage the company’s Bank of America credit facility
  • Record monthly journal entries for all cash related activities
  • Responsible for accounting and oversight of companies medical, worker’s comp and casualty insurance
  • Develop and maintain the department’s treasury policies & procedures
  • Develop process improvement initiatives for the department

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

  • Strong process improvement orientation
  • MS Office proficiency

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of finance experience or an equivalent combination of education/training and work experience.
  • Solid accounting foundation and exposure to basic daily banking and cash management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or other business related field
  • Hedge accounting experience a plus
  • Experience with accounting software such as One Stream and M3
