ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:
- Perform Preventative Maintenance and repairs on the following equipment:
- B&T Loaders/Unloaders
- Engravers/Saws
- Conveying Belts
- Belts
- Grinding Units/Changing Grinder Shafts and Setup
- Honing Machine
- Drying/Blower Units
- Systems Measuring Machines
- Compenser
- Sorting Table
- Select Stacker
- Boxer/Glue Machine
- Box Stacker
- Bander
- Robot
- Water System/Water Chemical Levels
- Knowledge of Photocell/Proximity Switches; Motors/Gearboxes; Calipers; Electro Valves/Air Lines/Cylinders; Operator Forklift.
- Adhere to proper PPE/LOTO.
- Maintain ongoing log of repairs and any repairs that need to be done in the future.
- Work closely with the Maintenance Department and Supervisor in coordinating work to be completed on the lines.
- Maintain, repair, and rebuild any parts and equipment, etc., such as guides, belts, filters, switches, chains, sprockets, pulleys, suction cups, foam heads, changing light bulbs, centering wheels.
- Work closely with Stockroom for parts locations and availability.
- Completing task items put on the Gemba boards.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
- Perform any other duties that may be required or assigned, including running a line or sorting

Expected Hours of Work:
- 11pm – 7am
- All include a 30- minute paid lunch and two (2) 10-minute breaks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certification or equivalent work experience in maintenance.
- Must be able to successfully complete and pass a background check, employment verification and drug screening.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must possess shift and schedule flexibility of regular time (any shift that may include off-hours and/or weekends), and overtime, as needed.
- Must agree to follow safety guidelines and wear applicable safety equipment, e.g., safety glasses, side shields, approved safety shoes, and other PPE as needed.
