Job Corps is the largest Free residential education and job training program for young adults ages 16–24. If you have a passion for students and education than we need you on our team. This positions supervises our technical careers such as computers and networking, culinary arts, and security and protection.

The Cascades Job Corps Center is hiring a Career Technical Training Supervisor to support our students to make progress toward the completion of their vocational training, to support with transitional support and placement services leading to quality full-time jobs, higher education, military or advanced training. This position manages relationship with NTC Instructors and Adams's staff. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and networking skills to develop Center-beneficial partnerships.

• Ensure instructors provide quality career technical training and transitional support that leads to student placement.
• Track and monitor program outcomes to ensure goals are met.
• Responsible for the oversight and management of the Career Technical Training department.
• Work with the Center’s Workforce Council to align the Center’s training with local workforce demands and to ensure students receive industry-relevant training.
• Ensure each student receives comprehensive and individualized case management that promotes quality career technical training, industry-recognized credential attainment and job placement.
