Gary Job Corps Center is seeking an energetic and driven Women's Program Coordinator responsible for developing, coordinating and overseeing the Women’s Program activities for the female population. Identifies and secures Center-beneficial community resources to enhance programmatic services available for the Women’s Program. Supports all other Center recreation programs and activities. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates of Arts Degree preferred. One year related experience working with youth required. Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet Company insurability requirements. CDL preferred.

Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and/or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance. Must be at least 21 years old.

All qualified candidates will successfully complete the required pre-employment process to include the following: Drug Screen, Criminal Background, Education Verification, Employment Verification, and COVID-19 testing.

Schedule: weekends, evenings
