- Creates, executes, and monitors implementation of strategy for distance learning. The strategy should include a variety of instructional models to deliver course content to students.
- Researches evidence-based approaches to distance learning and ensures that practices implemented appropriately matched to the needs of students.
- Works with instructors to ensure quality of instruction and adherence to Company policies and procedures.
- Maintains a visible presence for teachers and students.
- Monitors student schedules, enrollment and re-enrollment processes, student progress, pacing, and completion rates, ensuring that targets are met.
- Analyzes student performance data from all distance learning programs and recommends strategies for improvement.
- Designs and facilitates training for all learning facilitators and teachers in addition to providing ongoing support and training to facilitators and teachers as needed.
- Prepares and submits student performance reports for staff & students
- Attends training sessions to keep abreast of current Virtual Learning practices
- Coordinates the development, implementation, and evaluation of all distance and virtual instructional programs, including the use of technology and Google Classroom.
- Promotes high student achievement.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Previous teaching or Job Corps experience preferred
