Adams & Associates, Inc., at the Miami Job Corps Center is hiring a Job Developer (Career Transition Services Specialist) to provide students with transitional support and placement services leading to full-time jobs, higher education or advanced training. As a CTS Specialist you will work cooperatively with Career Technical Training and Career Transition staff to provide students with comprehensive and individualized case management to identify and remediate students’ transitional barriers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field from an accredited school; or Associates in human services or related field and two years' related experience.
Valid Driver's License required.
