Identifies and develops Center-beneficial partnerships that lead to student benefit and success. Provides transitional support and placement services leading to quality full-time jobs, higher education or advanced training. Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school required. A minimum of one year experience in program management and direction with a substantial experience working with youth.
MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION:
Supervises and manages the Career Transition staff and Department including the CTR/Grad-90 Program. Serves as Acting CTS Director in the CTS Director’s absence.
