RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform duties related to the month-end closing process
• Ensure reporting is conducted in accordance with GAAP
• Coordinate with and prepare year-end reporting for external auditors
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, post elimination entries and prepare various schedules/reports
• Perform GL account analysis and communicate material variances to management
• Research and resolve accounting issues

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting

PREFERRED:

• CPA or progress toward the CPA
