Reports directly to the CFO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with business unit leadership to provide financial guidance and drive financial results
• Develop and implement best practices for the business unit regarding financial policies and procedures
• Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting/planning, etc.
• Oversee management of the cost accounting system and provide analysis to the business leaders as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years job related experience
• 5+ years of management level supervisory experience
• Multi-site manufacturing company experience with strong cost accounting skills
• Excellent working knowledge of GAAP
• Business knowledge that includes sales, distribution, purchasing and products
• SAP and HFM experience
