Employment Type: Full-time (Sunday-Thursday) | 30-40 hours/week
Compensation: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (DOE)

About the Commercial Service Technician Role

We’re looking for a dependable and versatile Commercial Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment.

What You’ll Do As A Commercial Service Technician:

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs across commercial sites.
• Respond to service calls, emergencies, and work orders.
• Work across multiple trades including carpentry, electrical, HVAC (minor), flooring, drywall, painting, framing, doors and more.
• Complete multi-day projects with attention to detail and minimal supervision.
• May be required to participate in on-call rotation.

Commercial Service Technician Ideal Candidate:
