A-TEK is currently recruiting for Communications Managerto support our work with the National Library of Medicine (NLM). This critical team member will participate in NCBI’s ongoing mission to use data to help cure some of the world's most serious health problems. Your work will make a difference!
The Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing internal communications strategies and plans that engage, align, and inspire employees with the company's vision and business strategy, and drive employees' understanding and engagement on company priorities and key initiatives.
Responsibilities and Duties (Included but not limited to):
·Developing an overall roadmap for community engagement
- Develops content and directs creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful message.
- Builds and maintains solid partnerships with assigned internal clients to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s Degree in communications or related field equivalent work experience.
· 3+ years of experience in Communications or related field in a Federal environment
·Proven success in building relationships with customers
·Production Experience with digital content development and digital communications management
·Prior, successful experience working in a remote environment
·Ability to obtain or maintain a Public Trust level clearance
