Responsibilities

Full time - Days

The Physical Therapist provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Current state Physical Therapy license.
  • Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
